Shannon is beyond excited to return to the Raiders for her 3rd season. Taking over the program in 2016 as caption/Designer has been one of the most outstanding & rewarding task she has had the privilege of being involved with. Being apart of the Raiders organization is definitely not something new to her. Shannon and her family have been involved with the Raiders ever since she was a child, starting in 1999, with her older sister, who was a member of the drumline.
Almost 10 years later, Shannon joined as a marching member of the colorguard starting in 2008. She continued to perform in 2009 and then again in 2014 where she served as colorguard captain. Aside from spending her outdoor experience with the Raiders, she also spent 2008 and 2009 with the Raiders Winterguard. After 09, the next few years were spent with Emanon Winterguard 2010, 2015 and currently 2018. Aside from marching, Shannon has worked with various programs in NJ such as Belleville H.S (2010-2012), Ridgewood H.S (2014) Montville H.S, (national champions)(2014/2015). Most recently, Q of ESU independent open class finalist (2017) and Madison H.S (2017). What she has valued the most while working with the Raiders is the connections and bonds you make with the other staff and kids and then being able to watch your kids flourish into beautiful performers and spinners. Outside of the colorguard activity, Shannon is a mother of one, works as a chef for a living and is currently back in school at Montclair State University to finish her degree in food science research.

With a three-tiered philosophy, he sees the comprehensive musician equally vested in composition, education, and performance. He is excited to be given the opportunity to share his passion for drum corps in the form of arranging for the Raiders Drum And Bugle Corps.
