All staff, administration, and volunteers must complete a standard background check through security and employment resources company IntelliCorp, a company accredited through the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).
The background check is completed as part of the onboarding process. Many of our instructional staff are also educators employed by school districts and submit additional clearances as may be required by their boards of education.
A+ Education and Performing Arts requires directors, other volunteers, employees and members to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities.
Employees and representatives of A+ Education and Performing Arts and its programs must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling their responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
